Following a period of change and growth we have created two new roles – Deputy CEO and Fundraising & Marketing Manager. These roles will be instrumental in developing and shaping the future strategic direction of HOST. The successful candidates will ensure the on-going success of our organisation as we strive to improve the lives of local families.
The Deputy CEO will support the current CEO in providing effective support to the staff team and in strengthening HOST’s position across Oldham, Stockport & Tameside as a vital provider of early years and family support services. We are looking for an experienced manager with a track record of partnership work. The successful candidate will also have an excellent understanding of the needs of families with young children and of working with volunteers.
The Fundraising & Marketing Manager will play a vital role in securing successful and sustainable growth and in diversifying HOST’s income. A key feature of the role will be in ensuring that HOST’s volunteering opportunities are widely promoted and seen as an attractive prospect within the local community.
