Family Support Worker 
18 hr/wk, post currently funded to March 2020, further continuation subject to funding
NJC Scale 5-6, currently £18,795 – £19,171 pro rata

As a Family Support Worker, you will work as part of the Home-Start team in providing short-term practical and emotional support, advice and guidance to families in their own homes.  This post will be based in Tameside.

You must be a parent yourself to apply for this position, and have an excellent understanding of the needs of families with young children.  Applicants must have use of own car (expenses paid), as the role will involve a number of short journeys to home-visits.
