Home-Start Oldham, Stockport & Tameside (HOST) & Home-Start Manchester are registered charities committed to promoting the welfare of families with at least one child under 5 years of age. Following a period of change and growth we have come together to create this new role, which will be instrumental in developing and shaping the future strategic direction of both charities and in ensuring the on-going success of our organisations as we strive to improve the lives of local families.
30 Hours per Week
NJC Scale 29 – 32 (£25,951 – £28,485 pro rata)

The Fundraising Manager will be employed by and based at HOST but will spend time at both charities. The post holder will play a vital role in securing successful and sustainable growth for both organisations by developing and delivering a fundraising strategy that will increase and diversify the income (particularly unrestricted income) of both organisations. Applicants must have substantial experience in a fundraising role and a demonstrable track record of securing income. Experience of income generation through social enterprise is desirable.
